Processing Returns:
Email the following information to sales@canadiancarparts.com
1) Part number(s) that you want to return.
2) Your full name, mailing address and email address.
3) Order number.
4) Explanation of why the parts are being returned.
5) Parts must shipped back via Canada Post to the following address:

New Part Return Conditions:
1) All parts must be returned within 30 days of placing your order from
CanadianCarParts.com.
2) All parts must be in the original packaging and not ripped or torn.
3) The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges. If a
return is approved, value will be given for parts only, not shipping costs.
4) All returns must not be damaged, installed or painted.
5) Please Note *No returns on electrical parts, service manuals, CD ROMs
or special order items.
6) Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee will be
taken off the amount credited back when the return has been verified.
Initial shipping charges will also be deducted from the refunded amount
if parts were shipped out for free.
Damaged Part Return Conditions:

Core Return Conditions:
1) All cores must be returned within 60 days of placing your order from CanadianCarParts.com.
2) All cores must be returned in the original carton of the part that contained
the core.
3) Cores must be complete, assembled, and able to be rebuilt. Cores with missing
parts, a broken housing, or demonstrating damage (whether by abuse, fire, water,
weather, or otherwise) will not be accepted. Fuel distributor and control unit
cores that have been disassembled or tampered with may not be returned.
4) The amount of the credit for a particular part core shall be the amount
specified by CanadianCarParts.com from time to time and shall be subject to
change without notice.
5) The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges. If a core is
approved, value will be given for the core only, not shipping costs.
6) Repayment of the core fee will be credited back to the customer when
the core has be verified.
Damaged Packages:
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged,
or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping
damage, however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part,
do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender.
No returns on electrical parts. It is the onus of the customer to check for
correct parts before installation of parts and before painting/modifying the
parts. Products that have been installed or painted are 100% non returnable.
We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car
expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective
parts. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after
31 days of parts being ordered on CanadianCarParts.com, regardless of the party
at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all
claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
