All prices listed are in Canadian funds. Payment can be made online via approved Credit Cards, and Paypal. If you would like to pay via email money transfer or direct bank deposit please email us at sales@canadiancarparts.com for details. All orders are paid in full before shipping.

Shipping:
Shipping prices are calculated for shipping within Canada only. All damaged freight claims must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for goods damaged or delays during shipping.

Shipping Outside of Canada:
If you live outside of Canada and would like to place an order, please email us at sales@canadiancarparts.com. All goods shipped to the United States will be quoted with actual shipping costs once destination has been determined. All damaged freight claims must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for goods damaged or delays during shipping. Shipping charges do not include customs, duties and broker fees assed by your country.

Conditions of Sale:

Sales Tax:
All Ontario residents must pay Ontario Provincial sales tax (8%) and federal sales tax (7%). All Canadian residents must pay federal tax (7%). All customers outside Canada are exempted from paying Canadian sales taxes.

Back Orders:
We will do our best to fill your order completely. Should the situation arise, all back ordered items will be listed on your invoice. All back ordered parts will be shipped when they become available. Should you wish to cancel back ordered parts, please contact us immediately at sales@canadiancarparts.com. If you do not contact us stating that you wish to cancel the order you will be held responsible for their acceptance. All back orders will automatically be canceled after 60 days, unless we are notified giving us your authorization to extend this time period.

Warranty:
CanadianCarParts.com warrants all products sold to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the shorter of twelve months from purchase or twenty-thousand kilometers from installation; provided, however, that if the expressed manufacturer’s warranty extends beyond that time period, the customer shall be entitled to the benefit of the expressed manufacturers warranty. CanadianCarParts.com will, in its sole discretion, either replace free of charge, or issue credit for, the original purchase price of any part, which, under normal condition of use and service, proves to be defective in material or workmanship. To submit a claim under the warranty provided by this agreement, the customer must: reference the invoice number under which the part was purchased from CanadianCarParts.com; submit to CanadianCarParts.com a copy of the repair order showing when the part was first installed; and submit to CanadianCarParts.com a copy of the repair order covering the replacement of the allegedly defective part. To warranty a defective product, return the defective unit to CanadianCarParts.com at your expense. Upon verification of warranty coverage, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability:
Anything to the contrary in this Agreement notwithstanding, CanadianCarParts.com shall have no liability for: (a) Part failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, or improper diagnosis, application, installation, operation or vehicle condition; or (b) any labour cost for part removal or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in automobile service; or (c) any punitive, exemplary, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or penalties (including lost profits, or lost savings) arising our of breach of warranty even though caused by negligence or other fault and even if CanadianCarParts.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
