Q: What Payment methods do you accept?
A: CanadianCarParts.com accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal for all orders
placed online. We do accept Direct Deposit at TD Canada Trust and Email
Money Tranfers, but you will need to email us the part numbers you require
along with your shipping address. We will email you back your total cost
(including taxes and shipping) and you can deposit or email the funds
at that point. The parts will be shipped out within 24 hours.Our email

Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: CanadianCarParts.com operates as a virtual storefront. By not having
a conventional storefront we are able to pass the savings onto the customer
through lower prices.
Q: Why do the Billing and Shipping addresses have to be the same?
A: The increase in identity theft and credit card fraud has forced us
to make this a requirement. If you are paying by credit card you will
need to have the parts shipped to the address that the card is registered
under. If you would like to ship the parts to a different address you
will need to use PayPal or another of the above mentioned methods. Feel

Q: How can I contact you?

Q: Do you have a 1-800 number?
A: Currently we do not have a 1-800 number. Our invoices do have a local
phone number posted on them in case there are any problems with your order.
Q: I registered as a Member but I don't see my approval email?
Q: I sent you an email but I have not heard back yet?
A: Some email providers may put our emails in your 'Junk Mail'. Check
that folder and ask your provider to allow emails from CanadianCarParts.com.
Q: Do you sell Aftermarket or Body parts?
A: Sorry, we mainly sell OEM replacement mechanical and electronic parts.

The part I require is showing as “not in stock”, when will it be
available?
A:
Please email us the part number and we will do our best to track the
part down for you and give you an idea of when it will be available.

I have a tax exemption card, how do I process my order?
A:
Don’t worry, we’ve handled many orders like this before. What we require is your tax exemption card number (status card
number) and reserve address.

The part I’m looking for is not listed on your site, can you find it
for me?
A:
We are constantly adding parts to our catalog. If you don’t find the parts you’re looking for on our
website, then we don’t offer it yet.
